The Purdue Boilermakers added their second commitment in the class of 2020 tonight with the addition of four-star guard Ethan Morton.

Morton, a four-star rated guard by Rivals, ESPN and 247sports, chose Purdue over the likes of Indiana, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, Northwestern and Stanford.

I would like to thank my family for all the love and support they have given me throughout this entire process. Without them, none of this would have possible! I also want to thank my High School and AAU coaches. The things I’ve learned from them are so important to me and my family. I would like to thank NY Renaissance and OBC for giving me great opportunities to compete at the highest levels. Finally to all the coaches that recruited me throughout this process, I am grateful for the relationships we build and the advice that was given. With that being said, I would like to announce that I am 100% committed to Purdue University! Thanks to coach Painter, the entire Purdue staff and Purdue fanbase for accepting me into your family!

Morton joins point guard Jaden Ivey of Mishawaka, Indiana in Purdue’s 2020 recruiting class.
