2020 power forward Osasere Ighodaro of Powerhouse Hoops (AZ) on the Under Armour circuit and Desert Vista (AZ) recently narrowed his list of schools down to four.
The 6-9 stretch four explained his top four choices and has visits scheduled to two schools.
Marquette:
The success of the basketball and the player development
Vanderbilt:
The NBA experience of the coaching staff and the SEC
Texas:
The level of competition and coaching staff
Stanford:
The academics and their commitment to me
A decision doesn’t seem too far off but he does have two visits to take before deciding his future. He plans on taking an official visit to Marquette at the end of July and Texas at the end of August. He has already taken officials to Stanford and Vanderbilt so a decision could come after his August official to Texas.
***UPDATE***
Ighodaro said that he will take his official visit to Marquette on the 29th of July and his official visit to Texas on the 29th of August.
Decision expected soon thereafter.
