2021 power forward Joshua Taylor (Norcross, GA) added a few more options following a successful summer with Team United (NC) on the EYBL circuit.

The 6-8 forward finished the AAU season averaging 13 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game.

He has since added an offer from Houston, who has been very high on him.

“They had been saying that I was a must have player,” Taylor explained. “And that I don’t shoot the three ball enough when I get the opportunity.”

Hometown power Georgia Tech also offered him in early July and are doing their best to keep the talented four star rated prospect (Rivals/247Sports) in-state.

“Georgia Tech has been on me for a while,” he said. “They said why go out of state to play when i can go right up the street.”

Along with Houston and Georgia Tech offers, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Nebraska, Penn State, Wichita State and more have offered as well.

Georgia Tech, Georgia, Miami and St. Louis are coming the hardest.

He will look to start visiting some schools in the future but right now he hasn’t scheduled any because he’s trying to finalize his high school at the moment.

With his recruitment starting to heat up, as he adds more scholarship offers, his recruitment will remain open and no decisions will be made in the foreseeable future.

“I haven’t narrowed down my list yet,” he said. “I’m kind of waiting.”
