2022 Morrilton (AR) guard Joseph Pinion is an early prospect to watch.
The rising sophomore, who will attend Baylor elite camp on August 10th, picked up his third scholarship offer after South Alabama reached out.
“I was extremely excited,” he said of adding the South Alabama offer. Oral Roberts and Central Arkansas have already offered with Virginia, Virginia Tech, Belmont and Baylor showing interest.
“It’s a really good feeling to have offers young,” he said. “It motivates me to work harder.”
Pinion has nice size at 6-5 and can play either the two or three. It’s his versatility that has many coaches following his progress and it’s what he sells them on when he can.
“I’ve told them I play hard and can play without the ball,” he said. “They like that I can shoot, and how hard I play.”
