2020 student-athletes Justin Johnson and DeAndre Henry left their official visits with Nevada and decided to commit to the program.

Johnson, a certified bucket getter, committed yesterday, while Henry decided he would add to the momentum today.

They join Alem Huselnovic of Scottsdale Arizona in the class of 2020 for Steve Alford.

“Everything about it was great,” Johnson said of his official visit. “With the coaches and players, it was like a family.”

Henry, who posted his commitment on Twitter, loved the talks he had with assistant coach Craig Neal and its one of the reasons it led to a commitment.

“They are everything I look for in a college,” Henry said. “The coaching staff is amazing and they have a beautiful campus, and they can get me to the league where I want to go.”

Henry, a former football player, could become one of the biggest steals. He has the size and intangibles to play a few positions on the court and could possibly turn into an impact player at the college level according to Nevada assistant Craig Neal.

“[They have told me that] Coach Neal will develop me into one of the top guys in college and I will become unstoppable,” he said.
