2020 Allendale (MI) center Ryan Corner is still available and picking up offers.
The 6-11 recently picked up an offer from UMKC that he announced via Twitter.
“We’ve never met due to the corona virus but we call and talk daily,” he said.
UMKC, Navy, Saint Mary’s and Lipscomb are all also recruiting Corner.
Most coaches like his size at the five spot, his athleticism and his defensive game. He’s got the size to contend just about at any level but programs will have to meet certain requirements to get his attention.
“[I’m looking for] coaches and teammates that love basketball and a school that does too.”
Corner is still open in his recruitment but he’s also ready to decide. He doesn’t have a timetable, but would like to find a home for the next four years soon.
“I’m still open,” he said. “But, I would like to decide soon in like the next month or so.”
