Saint Louis freshman center Madani Diarra decided to leave the Billikens after just one season.
Diarra appeared in four games for Saint Louis, averaging just 2.5 minutes per game.
“I just wanted to do something good for myself, which is playing basketball. Nothing else,” he said. “I had a great time here at SLU with my teammates, coaches and friends, and I’m grateful for that.”
Since Diarra entered the portal, he’s heard from Eastern Illinois, Saint Peter’s, Delaware, Mississippi Valley State and Fairfield.
Diarra doesn’t plan on being in the portal long. He’s moving to make a quick decision.
