2021 Evanston (IN) combo guard Jaylin Gibson has a long list of programs tracking his progress right now.

So far, Milwaukee, Detroit, Drake and Chicago State have offered, while Miami (OH), Tulsa, Toledo, Appalachian State, Illinois-Chicago, Southern Illinois, Iowa, Northwestern, Evansville, Kent State, Cleveland State, Utah State, Wyoming, Tennessee State and Florida Atlantic are showing interest.

“Coaches love how I can take over a game whenever,” he said. “My court vision, defending and rebounding.”

Gibson is a prospect that is wide open currently and still learning more about the programs following him. He doesn’t have a clear leader right now but he does know what kind of program he wants to play for in the future.

“One that fits my style of play,” he said. “Up tempo, in your face defense and has a great team environment.”
