Two offers came to 2021 point guard Kyrell Luc of Brimmer & May (MA) yesterday with plenty more showing interest.
He now holds offers from Merrimack, Boston, Towson, Holy Cross, American, Fairleigh Dickinson, Fairfield and Cleveland State.
Cleveland State, one of the programs to offer him yesterday along with Fairfield, is working to develop a relationship with the point guard.
“We are still building a relationship,” Luc said. “I like what they are about and what they want to build.”
Most of the programs that have reached out to offer like his poise and how he uplifts his teammates. An offer was a no-brainer for a lot of coaches after seeing him in action.
“Coaches like how I am a leader and willing to make my teammates better on a daily basis,” Luc explained. “And my ability to finish around the rim and my ability to use the screen and roll to create for myself and others, and my knock down pull up.”
A lot of programs are really starting to pick up their recruitment of the Brimmer & May guard, and that has really inspired Luc to consistently work on his game to get better.
“I am working on making my three ball consistent and extending my three ball as well,” he said.
He’s also working on being more vocal on the court and taking more of a command of the offense.
