Braeden Moore has a long list of suitors showing interest

One of Nashville’s finest has cultivated coaches in a way that has many reaching out from all parts of the country.

2022 wing Braeden Moore of Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville, TN, received an offer from UC Davis recently with plenty more programs reaching out as well.

Moore said that Purdue, Vanderbilt, NC State, Boston College, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Memphis, Creighton, Valparaiso, Liberty, Santa Clara, SMU, Air Force, Belmont, Charlotte, UT Arlington, Western Kentucky, San Diego, Idaho State, Appalachian State, Samford, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount, Lipscomb, UC Santa Barbara, San Diego State, Utah, TCU, UT-Chattanooga and Boston have all reached out.

“I have a European style game. Over 6-foot-8 wing player that can handle the ball like a guard and am considered one of the best 3-point shooters in the class of 2022,” Moore explained. “I made 100 3-pointers alone last year and many were from NBA range. I have been starting on Varsity since 8th grade and they like that I can play any position on the court.”

He continued by saying, “I scored 1,000 points halfway through my sophomore year. Both my parents were collegiate athletes…so they have prepared me well and kept my head on straight. Coaches like that.”

His strong support system has also helped him in the development department as well. Right now, Moore is adding a few more elements to his game and fine tuning some of his already polished tricks.

“Explosiveness at the rim and leaping,” he said. “I’ve already added three inches to my vertical this summer, but I just found a former NBA strength trainer that is working on those things with me.”
