Jordan Abessolo of St. Maria Goretti Catholic (MD) is a player that a few coaches have kept their eye on.
He recently received an offer from Fairfield after speaking to the coach and has another offer from Fordham and Southern Utah. He also confirmed that Elon, VMI and Towson are giving him a look as well and anticipates that his list will grow once more coaches are able to see him during the live period.
“Coaches like my defense,” he said. “How I rebound and the way I play hard.”
Abessolo has also been working on his all around game but his offensive skill set has been a focus heading into his senior season.
“I’m really working on my guard skills,” he explained. “Just finding a way to be a shooting guard or guard with my size. I’m working more on my handle and jump shot so I can be consistent with that.”
