2022 Hayesville (NC) point guard Kolbe Ashe recently added an offer from Navy after speaking to the coaching staff.
They join Young Harris and Army as the programs that have offered with VMI, Princeton, Lee, Palm Beach Atlantic and Piedmont showing the most interest. All have seen him and enjoy his command of the offseason from the point guard position.
“Being a floor general and high IQ,” he said of what coaches like the most about his game. “My ability to get into the paint, competitiveness and a good shooter.”
Ashe heads into his final summer and high school year looking to improve on his body and ability to stretch the defense. That could help him get more opportunities from either level.
“I’m getting stronger and working on my body,” Ashe said. “And continuing to deepen my range.”
