
Jahvon Quinerly and Jordan Brown both played their final year of college basketball in 2023-24, and now all 24 members of the 2018 McDonald’s All American class have departed from the college game.
This class featured three top five picks in the 2019 NBA Draft, including Zion Williamson, who went number one overall.
In total, 15 members from this class have been drafted into the NBA.
Zion Williamson (1st pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Williamson spent one season at Duke where he averaged 22.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game on 68-percent shooting. His 68-percent shooting still stands as the best shooting performance by a freshman in NCAA Division I history.
Since departing from Duke, Williamson has been selected twice to the NBA All-Star game, signed a deal with Jordan Brand worth $75 million, and is currently playing on a 5-year contract worth $197 million with the Pelicans.
RJ Barrett (3rd pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Barrett averaged 22.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 4.3 assist per game in his only season at Duke. His 860 total points are the 5th most by a freshman in a single season in D-I history.
He was taken by the New York Knicks with the 3rd pick and played nearly 300 games with the franchise before being dealt to his home country Toronto Raptors before the deadline. He’s currently averaging career highs in points, assist and field goal percentage this season.
Barrett is currently playing on a 4-year contract worth $107 million.
Darius Garland (5th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Garland played just five games collegiately for Vanderbilt. In those five games he averaged 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assist per game on 54-percent shooting.
He was selected by the Cavaliers, where he has played his entire career so far. In 2022, Garland was announced to his first NBA All-Star game.
Garland is currently playing on a 5-year contract worth $197 million.
Coby White (7th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
White averaged 16.1 points, 4.1 assist and 3.5 rebounds in his only season in college at North Carolina. He is the only UNC freshman to score 30-points three times, and his 82 three-pointers are still the freshman record for the Tar Heels.
Since then, White has played all five of his seasons so far with the Chicago Bulls. He’s currently averaging career highs in points, assist, rebounds and field goal percentage this season.
White is currently playing on a 3-year deal worth $36 million.
Cam Reddish (10th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Reddish averaged 13.5 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in his only season at Duke. He scored 20+ points in 8 games for the Blue Devils despite playing alongside two top three picks in the draft.
He was taken by the Atlanta Hawks in 2019 and played 118 games with the franchise. Since then, he’s bounced around to the Knicks, Trail Blazers, and Lakers.
Reddish is currently playing on a 2-year deal worth $4 million with the Lakers.
Jalen Smith (10th pick in 2020 NBA Draft)
Smith played two seasons of college basketball at Minnesota where he averaged 13.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in 64 contest. He was a first-team All-Big Ten selection in 2020 and was also named to the All-Big Ten defensive team.
He was taken in the lottery by the Phoenix Suns following the season. He played 56 games for the franchise before being traded to the Pacers in February 2022.
Smith is currently playing on a 3-year deal worth $15 million.
Romeo Langford (14th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Langford started and played 32 games in his only season at Indiana averaging 16.5 points and 5.4 rebounds. He was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman team, and second-team All-Big Ten.
Langford was taken by the Boston Celtics in the draft where he played 94 games before being traded to the San Antonio Spurs.
He is currently playing with the Salt Lake City Stars in the NBA G League averaging 11.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.
Darius Bazley (23rd pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Bazley, once a Syracuse commit, bypass college for the G League, then opted to bypass the G League to train independently for the draft.
He was later selected 23rd overall by the Utah Jazz, who then traded the pick to Memphis, who then traded it to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Bazley played 221 games in four seasons with OKC before being traded to the Suns.
He has also played for the 76ers and his current team the Utah Jazz. He’s currently playing on a 3-year deal worth $5 million.
Immanuel Quickley (25th pick in 2020 NBA Draft)
Quickley played 67 games in two seasons at Kentucky, while only starting 27. In his final season, Quickley averaged 16.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, while shooting 43-percent from deep.
He was later selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the draft before the pick was ultimately traded to the Knicks.
Quickley played three full season in New York before being traded to Toronto mid-season in 2023-24. He played his final year of his rookie contract worth $10 million dollars.
Nassir Little (25th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Little played his only season of college basketball at North Carolina. He averaged 9.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Little scored 20+ points in a game three times at UNC, including in the Round of 32 game against Washington that helped the Tar Heels advance to the Sweet 16.
He was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the draft and played four seasons with the franchise before being traded to the Phoenix Suns in a deal that landed Damian Lillard in Milwaukee.
He is currently playing on a 4-year deal worth $28 million.
Quentin Grimes (25th pick in 2021 NBA Draft)
Grimes played three season of college basketball at Kansas and Houston. He was AAC co-Player of the Year and AAC tournament MVP in 2021 for Houston, and was apart of their Final Four team that lost to eventual national champion Baylor.
Grimes was later taken in the first round by the LA Clippers, who traded the pick to the New York Knicks. He played two full seasons with the Knicks before being traded to Detroit.
Grimes is currently playing on a 4-year rookie contract worth $11 million.
Keldon Johnson (29th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Johnson started 36 of his 37 games at Kentucky in his only year of college basketball. He averaged 13.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, while shooting 38-percent from deep. He would later be named SEC Rookie of the Year.
Johnson was taken by the Spurs in the late first round and has played all five seasons in the NBA with the franchise.
He is currently playing on 4-year deal worth $74 million.
Tre Jones (41st pick in 2020 NBA Draft)
Jones played two seasons at Duke where he was named ACC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in 2020, becoming only the second player in ACC history to do that, joining Malcolm Brogdon in 2015-16.
Jones was later selected by the Spurs in the second round where he’s spent all four seasons in the NBA. He’s currently shooting 50-percent from the field, a career-high.
Jones is currently playing on a 2-year deal worth $19 million.
Bol Bol (44th pick in 2019 NBA Draft)
Bol played just nine games in his only season of college basketball but the 7-footer still averaged 21 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per games.
He was selected by the Miami Heat in the second round of the draft, a pick that would later be traded to Denver.
He spent his first three season with the Nuggets before heading to Orlando, and then after one season Bol signed with his current team, the Phoenix Suns. Bol is played on a 1-year deal worth $2 million this season.
Reggie Perry (57th pick in 2020 NBA Draft)
Perry played two seasons in the SEC at Mississippi State. In his final season, he averaged 17.4 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game. Following the season, he was named SEC Player of the Year and entered the draft.
He was selected by the LA Clippers in the second round and that pick was later traded to the Brooklyn Nets. He played two seasons in the NBA with the Nets, Trail Blazers and Pacers.
He is currently playing for the Zhejiang Golden Bulls in the CBA (Chinese Basketball Association).
David McCormack (Undrafted)
McCormack played four years at Kansas where he helped the Jayhawks win the national championship. He played a total of 132 games and started 96. He had career averages of 8.7 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
McCormack is recently played with Galatasaray Nef in 2023-24, where he led the team in rebounding with 7.6 per game, and finished second in scoring average (14.6).
Devon Dotson (undrafted)
Dotson played two season at Kansas before entering the NBA draft. He started all 66 games he played at KU averaging 14.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.7 assist per game.
Despite going undrafted, Dotson found his way onto the Bulls roster where he played 11 games in two seasons, before heading to Washington.
He was recently signed by Monbus Obradoiro of the Spanish Liga ACB.
E. J. Montgomery (undrafted)
Montgomery played two seasons at Kentucky before declaring for the draft. He played a total of 65 games, starting 35, while averaging 4.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.
He would go undrafted in the 2020 NBA draft, and was later signed and waived by the Milwaukee Bucks.
Montgomery is currently playing with Aomori Wat’s of the Japanese B.League where he is the third leading scorer and rebounder on the team.
Louis King (undrafted)
King played one season of college basketball at Oregon where he averaged 13.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. He declared for the draft after the season.
Despite going undrafted, he eventually made the Pistons roster and played 10 games during the 2019-20 season. He would move on to Sacramento for two seasons where he played 16 games, and then Philadelphia in 2022-23 (He split time with G League affiliates during the season).
Montgomery recently signed with Criollos de Caguas of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional in March of 2024.
Moses Brown (undrafted)
Brown played one season at UCLA before declaring for the draft. He finished the season averaging 9.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.
Despite going undrafted, Brown made his way onto the Trail Blazers roster and has carved out a solid NBA career. He has played for six teams so far and is played in Portland on a 1-year deal worth $2 million this season.
Naz Reid (undrafted)
In his one season at LSU, Reid averaged 13.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. He was named to the All-SEC Freshman Team following the season and entered the draft.
He was unlucky to hear his name called but Reid has carved out a successful NBA career with the Timberwolves. He’s played five seasons so far with the franchise and is averaged career highs in points, rebounds, assist and steals in 2023-24.
Reid is currently playing on a 3-year deal worth $41 million and won the 2023-24 Sixth Man of the Year award
Simisola Shittu (undrafted)
Shittu played one season at Vanderbilt averaging 10.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
He has signed and been waived by the Bulls twice, and signed by the Orlando Magic as well, but also waived.
He is currently playing with Kolossos Rodou of the Greek Basketball League.
Jahvon Quinerly (???)
Quinerly played six seasons collegiately for three teams. He played one season for Villanova, three seasons for Alabama, including a sit out year, and one season at Memphis.
He scored a total of 1,661 points in his career and recently entered his name into the 2024 NBA draft.
Jordan Brown (???)
Bronw played six seasons collegiately for four teams. He played one season for Nevada, sat out a year to transfer to Arizona, where he played one season, then transferred to Louisiana and played two seasons before ending his career in Memphis.
Brown scored 1,467 points in his college career and has also entered his name into the 2024 NBA draft.
