2025 forward Tesneem Ajeigbe discusses game and first offer from Albany

2025 forward Tesneem Ajeigbe recently celebrated a milestone in his basketball career by picking up his first Division I scholarship offer from Albany. The 6-foot-9 forward has also caught the attention of NJIT and Stony Brook, who are closely following his progress and showing significant interest.

“It was a mix of feelings but I mostly felt proud of myself,” he said, reflecting on his first offer. “It felt like my hard work has paid off. But I make sure to remind myself to not get complacent and stay hungry.”

This initial offer is likely just the beginning for Ajeigbe, whose versatile game translates well to the collegiate level.

“Rebounding, shot blocking and finishing at the rim,” he said of what he does well on the floor. “I’m also adding the mid range jump shot to my game.”

For the rest of the summer, Ajeigbe will be running with the NJ Panthers during the NCAA live periods. They will be in East Stroudsburg, Atlantic City and Spooky Nook.
