Eagle Ridge Academy (CO) standout Aiden Wanrow, who runs with the Utah Prospects, is the No. 58 player in the 2027 class by Rivals and has college programs paying attention.
Wanrow holds early offers from Cal and Utah Tech, with additional interest coming from UNLV, Colorado, Colorado State, Denver, and Northern Colorado.
Coaches are drawn to Wanrow’s versatility, and his ability to impact the game from all over the floor.
“Coaches have said that they like my game all around, but they like my defensive presence and my leadership the most,” Wanrow said. “How I am able to change the game for the team in more ways than just defensively.”
Wanrow understands that continued growth will be the key to unlocking even more opportunities at the next level. This summer, he’s focused on sharpening his skill set to expand his impact on the floor.
“I am working on getting my overall game better, growing my mind and my IQ for the game,” he said. “But also getting my handle tighter and my shot more consistent, along with working on getting stronger.”
In terms of visits, Wanrow and his family are keeping their options open and are aiming to explore a range of schools.
“We have been wanting to set up a lot of visits to as many places as we can to truly get the full experience and find the place that fits me best,” Wanrow said. “But as of right now, we are talking about going to check out Colorado State, Northern Colorado, Colorado, and Denver.”
With a strong foundation of size, versatility, and leadership, Wanrow is a name to keep on the radar as he continues to develop his game and build his college resume.
