2025 guard Cam Miles is a four-star rated prospect by 247Sports with over 20 scholarship offers. This summer, he added Mercer and Fairfield to his list of offers and announced his transfer to IMG Academy in Florida for his final year of high school basketball.

“Coach [Jimmy] Carr been constantly talking to me, making me feel comfortable,” he said of his decision to transfer to IMG. “And they have a good post grad team.”

Miles also recently visited DePaul, and had nothing but good things to say about the visit and coaching staff.

“The visit was nice. I had a good time up there,” he said. “I have a good relationship with coach [Bryan] Mullins who recruited me at SIU. So me and him are close for sure, and some of the other coaches know my dad.”

Miles is a versatile player, capable of running the offense, scoring at will, and playing solid defense.

“Play defense, ability to get teammates involved and I’m able to get a bucket,” he said of the things he does well.

Earlier this summer, while playing for Austin Rivers SE Elite on the Adidas 3SSB circuit, Miles had a game where he finished 19 points, 9 assist and two steals. In subsequent games, he tallied six assists and followed up with another five-assist performance, proving his ability to orchestrate an offense.

Along with Fairfield and Mercer, Miles holds offers from San Francisco, Arizona State, South Florida, Mississippi State, St. Bonaventure, Georgia Southern, Pacific, San Jose State, UMass, James Madison, North Carolina A&T, Arkansas State, Florida International, Southern Illinois, Samford, UT Arlington, Louisiana Tech, Drake, Illinois-Chicago, Morehead State and Illinois State.
