2020 point guard Ahron Ulis of Marian Catholic (IL) announced his commitment to Iowa via Twitter.

“I wanted to play at that level my entire life, but I also wanted to make sure I found the right fit for me at that level,” Ulis told the Chicago Sun Times. “I knew I would find the right place and right fit for me and Iowa is that for me.”

Ulis becomes the first commitment for Iowa head coach Fran McCaffery in the class of 2020.
