Temple and Boston College are the newest programs to begin recruiting 2022 New Hampton Prep (NH) guard Kyle Hicks.
Purdue, Indiana, Louisville, UMass, Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure are also recruiting the 6-foot-4 guard that’s tough to stop going to the rim.
“They like my leadership,” Hicks said. “And my slashing abilities and being able to create my own shot.”
I anticipate that more college programs will get involved once they’re able to see him play, and he’s making sure they see a better version of himself.
“Right now, I’m just working on consistent form…shooting the ball the same way every time,” Hicks explained. “Also, quicker decision making and watching a lot of film.”
